It was just an excellent fit for a lightning stop in New York with value for money. They surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates in the room, which was a really nice touch. Definitely take advantage of the $25 bar voucher for drinks.

The corner room offered a surprisingly spacious layout for NYC, making it a comfortable stay. The beautiful lobby bar was a highlight, where we enjoyed utilizing the daily credit. The breakfast feature included delicious omelettes, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, the amenities we chose were not utilized as much as anticipated, and the small double beds made for a bit of discomfort.

Well, the restaurant prices had me checking my purse for change—breakfast shouldn't cost an arm and a leg! And don't even get me started on the coffee cups. seriously, paper?

We stayed for 5 nights and the lobby was just stunning! Perfect for the pics. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. One drawback? The breakfast was kinda pricey and not that impressive.

Checking into the room left something to be desired, as the wait stretched beyond a reasonable amount of time, especially after a long journey. Additionally, the in-room safe didn't work, and despite reporting it, no fix came through. Elevators moved slower than anticipated, further adding to the minor frustrations. While the hotel sits in a prime location, the peace of mind is marred by some noise from neighboring rooms. Finally, hidden fees felt a bit sneaky, with guests often surprised by extra costs that weren't initially clear.
